You can easily schedule a dog walking session through by contacting us directly via phone or email.

This is up to the client and arrangements are organised with each client individually depending on their preference. We do recommend providing a spare key which we can keep in a safe place and labelled. However many owners like to use lockboxes which we can use to gain access to the key to the house or leave keys in letterboxes or whatever they choose. Alternatively some owners are home when we come to collect dogs.

1. The client agrees they have read the cancellation policy, payment terms and terms and conditions listed here and will abide by them. Tomato & Co Dog Walking reserves the right to make changes to the terms or services at any time without notice.
2. The client agrees to give Tomato & Co Dog Walking permission to use photos/videos taken of their dog for social media, promotions, advertising or any other purpose. (Because let's be honest, your pup is probably adorable and deserves the spotlight!)
3. The client agrees their dog must have an ID tag with their name and contact number for every session. Fines handed out by rangers will be passed directly to owners if their dog is fined for missing proper ID. Think of it as your dog's passport to adventure!
4. The client agrees to provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or the service will be charged in full. We plan our days around your furry friends!
   The client agrees to sign and approve their dog being let off-lead before we do so.
5. The client agrees to notify Tomato & Co Dog Walking of all known behaviors and quirks regarding their dog at the initial meet and greet.
6. The client confirms their dog has not harmed or shown aggressive behavior towards people or other dogs and is in good health.
7. The client agrees to immediately notify Tomato & Co Dog Walking of any behavioral changes or aggressive behaviors that could potentially cause harm to other dogs or people.
8. The client agrees they're solely responsible for any injury or harm caused by their dog and understands that Tomato & Co Dog Walking reserves the right to refuse or cease services if we believe their dog has the potential to cause harm.
9. The client agrees that Tomato & Co Dog Walking will not be held responsible for any injury or illnesses that may occur. It is the owner's sole responsibility to ensure their dog is up to date with vaccinations, flea, tick and worming prevention.
10. The client authorizes Tomato & Co Dog Walking to seek emergency veterinary assistance if needed while their dog is in our care, at the client's expense. Your dog will be taken to the nearest vet and you will be called immediately.
11. The client agrees that dogs in season are not permitted on group walks, though other services may be available upon request.
12. The client understands and agrees to the payment terms. Late payments may incur a $25 administration fee.
    The client agrees to provide a spare key or ensure property access. If we arrive for a scheduled session but cannot access the property, the session will still be charged in full.
13. The client agrees that in extreme weather conditions (excessive heat, thunderstorms, etc.), the walker will use their judgment and may cut walks short for everyone's safety.
14. The client understands that during group sessions, minor injuries may occur during play, even under the best supervision (scratches, pulled muscles, etc.). Tomato & Co Dog Walking will not be held responsible for such occurrences, and any related expenses are the client's responsibility.
15. The client agrees to notify Tomato & Co Dog Walking of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions their dog may have.
16. The client chooses to participate at their own risk and agrees that under no circumstances will Tomato & Co Dog Walking or any of its employees be held responsible for any injury, illness, death, or any loss or damages that may occur while in our care.
